The first five holes hug the coast then move inland with the mountain ranges providing a stunning backdrop, and as you reach the end of your leisurely stroll, the final three holes will keep you alert as you face large, dark sand bunkers. The 5th hole deserves a special mention. The sea cuts into the cliff leaving you with a small ravine to drive over before you reach the green.

For those of you that are unfamiliar with the Tenerife climate let us just state that it's the best climate in the world; it is very rare for any golf in Tenerife to be rained off or for it to be uncomfortably hot in the summer. Early tee times in January and February may need a jumper but thermals and heavy waterproofs are definitely surplus to requirements.
