Dom Pedro Golf - Victoria course

The club was one of the most ambitious golf projects in Portugal and is now set to be the major venue for top international tournaments. It was specially landscaped to imitate the outline of the inland hills on the horizon. This is a feature that enriches the course with a sense of movement and harmony. Several lakes provide hazards for the players and also serve as reservoirs for irrigation. This is at present the longest 18-hole golf course in Portugal and promises to be a prominent course in Europe.

Each hole has a minimum of five tees from which to play consequently making the course suitable for golfers of all handicap levels. The golf course is laid out over virtually flat terrain covering some 90 hectares. This PGA championship course is where the Portugal Open has been held every year since 2007.
